After spending 25 years with Smith Barney, including 11 as a Financial Consultant, Marie Elliott Ratchup decided it was time to share her passion and her beliefs with others in the financial services industry.
She responded to a “calling” to put her many years of experience to work helping other Financial Consultants understand how to grow their business and balance their lives. She obtained her coaching certification through the Coaches Training Institute and founded Values Based Success in 2004.
Unlike other coaches who may attempt to play in the financial services field, Ratchup brings first-hand experience as someone who has “walked in your shoes” and been held accountable for managing the money of individuals. There is no need to spend valuable time trying to explain your business or the pressures associated with it.
